Pick-up/Drop-off Times:
All pets with grooming appointments need to be dropped off between 8:00 - 8:30 am. This is so all pets can receive baths early in the morning and have time to dry before going home. Pets that are not dropped off on time will need to reschedule.
Pick-up times vary depending on the pet and the length of the groom. WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN YOUR PET IS READY TO BE PICKED UP. If you have not received a call yet, your pet's groom has not been completed yet.

Vaccination Requirements:
Pet's must be up-to-date on all the listed vaccines below PRIOR to drop-off with proof of vaccination record. If pets are not up-to-date OR vaccination records are not received PRIOR to drop-off, your pet will be required to be vaccinated at the time of drop-off.
